If you’re anything like most people…you might be wondering: 👉 “OK… but what does this actually mean for me?” 🌿 Start here We’ll use your result to look at something you’ve already tried —and make sense of what happened. So you can see: 👉 why your results felt unclear 👉 and what your next step should be 🌿 What to do 1️⃣ Feedback Finder → read through your result → recognise your pattern 2️⃣ Your Body Feedback Journal → use your result with a real experience → this is where things start to click 3️⃣ Relaxation Switch (unlocks as you go) → a deeper layer → what helps your body respond more clearly 🌿 That’s all you need to do 👉 one step at a time 👉 no need to try anything new 👉 just use what you already know ☺️As you move through, you’ll see a short post under each step where you can share what you noticed or just drop an emoji.
