Requirements:
• Strong understanding of modern editing trends
• Experience with Talking Head videos
• Experience with Long-Form content
• Ability to switch between different editing styles depending on the project
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and retention-based editing
• Must be reliable, creative, and open to feedback
