Breakfast at 1:00-2:30PM☑️ ( Qaza fajar parhi + zuhar + proper whole wheat paratha + anda + chai )
Gym at 2 :30-4:00PM ☑️Bring Detox water ( ginger + lemon + honey ) Did very light exercise today.
Reached home 4:15-7:30PM☑️ Asar parhi + guest aye hue thy ( chai wgra bnae unky lye + apni family k lye + Magrib parhi + Kitchen saaf kya ( guest k chle jane k bd jo taufaan ata ha usy ) .
Had some Dry fruits with chai
7:30-8:00PM Family k sth time spend kya 💕
8:00-9:00PM Esha parhi + Community ka girls group Join kya + Mam alizeh se thori si discussion ki
9:00-10:30PM Watched sultan salahudin ayubi + Had dinner ( Aloo mogary with Roti )
10:30PM-2:00AM watched Complete video " Title - Offer - Expertise - specialization " + Watched 1st recorded session by Mam alizeh + Watched the tutorial on YT related to show reel I'm also attaching the link below + Now writing daily Journal
