Fajr k baad dimagh kafi fresh hota hai. Us waqt thora sa time sirf apny liye nikaalo — chahe 5–10 minutes hi kyun na hon.
Akelay baith kar Allah se baat karo:
jo ho gaya, jo ho raha hai, sab usay batao.
Dua mango — dil se, mehsoos karke, tadap k saath.
Agar mil jaye to shukar karo,
agar na mile to bhi shukar karo — kyun k koi bala tal gayi hogi.
Yani har haal me win-win situation hai.
Isay daily habit banao. Warna negativity haavi ho jati hai.
Apne aap ko bar-bar Allah ki naimaton ki yaad dilao.
Shukar k saath confidence me jiyo.
Hamesha positivity par focus rakho.
Agar duniya badalni hai, to sab se pehle apne andar aur apne dil ko badlo.
