Agar delete nahi karoge → same negative loops chalte rahenge.

Purpose:
Subconscious ko paper pe le aana.
7 din tak likho:
  • Subah uth kar kya kiya
  • Kitna phone scroll kiya
  • Kis se ladai / good interaction
  • Energy levels

  • Thoughts (positive + negative)
Isse kya hoga?
  • Brain dump ho jayega.

3. Think About Your Thinking
Exercise:
  • 5 min ke liye ek thought choose karo.
  • Phir observe karo: main kya soch raha hun?

  • Ye logical hai ya fear based?
Result:
  • Negative thoughts pakray jaate hain.
  • Brain auto interrupt karta hai: “ye fazool thought hai”.
