Step 2: Observe Your Thoughts
Apne dimagh ko thora time do ke wo sochay.
“Sochte huay sochna ke tum soch kya rahe ho.”
  • Apni thinking ko samjho
  • Positive aur negative thoughts note karo

Socho:
Allah hi sab ka khaliq hai
Wahi rizq dene wala
Wahi palne wala
Wahi mera jism banane wala

Jab dil + zuban + dimagh connect honge — maza aa jayega.
Step 4: Pros & Cons Thinking
Kisi bhi kaam se pehle:
  • Uske faiday
  • Uske nuqsanat
Example: Smoker
Socho honestly — bina excuses ke.
Step 5: Feel Emotions & Results
Agar kisi cheez ko chorna hai:
  • Us cheez ki nafrat dil mein paida karo
  • Sirf dimagh se nahi, dil se choro
Negative aur positive dono results ko:
  • Socho
  • Mehsoos karo
