• Suddenly felt sick, so rested

• 2:00 – 3:00 PM: Green tea & rest
• 3:00 – 4:00 PM: Rest (body pain)
• 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Rest
• 5:00 – 5:30 PM: Replied to MVS girls on WhatsApp
• 5:30 – 6:00 PM: Rest (not feeling well)
• 6:00 – 7:00 PM: Took soup & edited one video
• 7:00 – 10:00 PM: Continuous rest
• 11:00 – 12:00 AM: Opened community
• 12:00 – 1:00 AM: Rest
• 1:00 – 2:00 AM: Slept
• 2:00 – 3:00 AM: Woke up, took medicine (very tired, fever & sore throat)

🪞 Reflection
Saturday ka din bohot ajeeb aur heavy tha. Fever, cough aur body pain ki wajah se zyada kuch nahi kar saki. Lekin phir bhi maine apni community ko reply diya aur ek video edit ki. Mostly rest kiya because body allow nahi kar rahi thi. Ye Saturday sirf recovery ke liye tha.

On Saturday I chose recovery over pressure, knowing that healing will prepare me for better days ahead.
