FIRST FOR THE NEGATIVE THINKING
- For negative thoughts I have to do that ke shukar aada karna start do
- jo bhi samne dekh rha ho uska shukar aada karna start kardo
- like abhi mere samne ek shofa hai. me iska shukar aada karunga allah pak se ki allah pak ne mujhe sofa diya jab ke bahut logon ke pass toh sahi se baithne ke liye khursi tak bhi nhi hoti
- aise hi har cheez ka shukar aada karna start karunga aur shukar aata karte waqt smile karunga
- aur ye experience hai ki jab bhi me aisa krta hu toh negative thoughts almost khatam hi ho jate hai.
AND FOR MOTIVATION
- Watch some motivation videos for motivation
[I don't prefer motivation. I prefer discipline]
- But sometimes when you feel Demotivated watch some motivated video which gives you some temporary motivation which helps you to build a long term discipline
