Kuch din se me journal nahi likh pai because I was feeling a bit down health wise, and honestly some days I feel really stressed and anxious, but I keep on trying and that is what really matters.
○ jab bhi ap stress me hon ya bechain, 2 cheezain boht help karti hain.

  2. The dua Hazrat Younas A.s recited in the belly of the whale really helps, but you should recite it with complete sincerity of the heart.
☆ Secondly, boht mushkil se me ne apni routine set ki. Pehle me raat dair tak jaagti aur subha 1:00 par uthti thi almost, lekin aj me jaldi uthi 10:30 par.
☆ Soon after, I started scrolling on instagram which is a really bad habit, but I'm trying to overcome it too
☆ I prayed namaz at 2:00. Although Alhamdullilah I do pray 5 fives a day lekin me namaz late kar k parhti hun aur is adat ko badalna hai
Is k baad me bahar chali gai aik kaam k liye. Aur video editing bhi nhi ki 2 din se , aj me is ko continue karun gi aur inshaAllah apna aj ka video editing goal complete karun gi
I am trying to find direction in life and make my life as much useful as possible and make contributions to the society, and sometimes this lack of direction makes me overwhelmed too. But trying is what matters I guess, even if its one step a day..
