📘 LESSON 6 — Influence & Persuasion Psychology
Hello there,
🧠 1) Influence vs Manipulation
  • Easy English: Influence = positive, helps others | Manipulation = selfish, benefits only you
  • Urdu: Influence = acha, dusre ke liye faydemand | Manipulation = sirf apne fayde ke liye
Rule: Always have good intention.
🧠 2) Reciprocity (Favor Return)
  • Easy English: People like to return favors
  • Urdu: Jab aap kisi ki help karte ho, wo wapas karne ka feel karta hai
Example:“Let me help you with this task” → They feel like helping you in return
🧠 3) Social Proof (Others Are Doing It)
  • Easy English: People follow what others do
  • Urdu: Hum aksar wahi karte hain jo dusre kar rahe hote hain
Example:“5,000 people already used this service” → credibility + trust
🧠 4) Authority (Expertise Matters)
  • Easy English: People trust those who know what they are doing
  • Urdu: Log unpe trust karte hain jo expert hain
Example:“I have 5 years experience in this field” → client confident hoga
🧠 5) Scarcity (Limited Opportunity)
  • Easy English: People want things that are rare or limited
  • Urdu: Jab cheez kam ho, log zyada chahte hain
Example:“Only 2 slots left” → urgency + faster decision
🧠 6) Clear Communication
  • Easy English: Explain clearly, show value
  • Urdu: Saaf aur simple baat karo, value samjhao
Example:“Here’s the step-by-step plan I will follow” → trust barhta hai
🧠 7) Questions Instead of Orders
  • Easy English: Asking makes people agree more easily
  • Urdu: Sawaal poochna resistance kam karta hai
Example:“Can we try this approach?” instead of “Do this.”
