Journaling Day 1/ 11 Jan 2026 | Sunday

Right now i dont know how to journal so ignore it:

I woke up at 3pm. I had breakfast. And I wished everybody on the breakfast table could shut up. I had chai and then I felt my body was way too heavy. Then I knew I had to clean the room where I slept. I vacuumed the whole room. And I was too lazy to take a shower. But I knew it was necessary and I would feel fresh. When I went inside, my thoughts were hurting because I was overwhelmed by how long it would take to take a shower in winter. And seriously time passed and I couldn't move, or either start washing my hair with shampoo. I was standing 30 mins just like that under hot warm water. And I felt at so much peace. And for some time I forgot I was showering. Luckily I realised the sun is going down and I need to hurry up. I completed showering. And the moment I step out. I felt like a huge burden was taken off my shoulders. Everything felt light. And then I made some chai. Sat in front of my computer. Called my friend, he slept on call, and then I wanted to work. But my dad came to ask me to make chai for his friend. I ordered some samosa. And right now. I have time. It's 7:30 pm. And I will make a small tiny task for this whole next week and then I will go to bed. And try to sleep. And yes I made daily habit tracker. First goal is to sleep on time. And then wake up at 7am. This tracker will help me see my progress. Right now its 8:00 pm. And I actually will try to sleep now.
