I started my day with my usual office routine (remote, 9-6). After that, I visited my friend. His brother-in-law has been diagnosed with cancer.
He’s 38 and has two kids. The doctor said he may have 8-10 months. Allah knows best.
It really made me think about how hard life can be for everyone. We are in a much better condition, yet we are often not thankful.
After coming back home, I spent some time with my family, and now I’ve started watching videos again.
I joined this community yesterday.
Things I learned / felt motivated by:
One line really motivated me: “There are 100 versions of ourselves inside us, and we need to tell them: yes, I can do it.” That was the kick I needed. Now I feel more ready for growth.
Also, the Islamic touch in between the content is really beautiful. The videos are very detailed and the words are powerful.
By the way, I just started, this is how we post a journal, right?
