Journal - Day 1/90 - 28/May/26
3:32 AM – 4:24 AM Started the day with Fajar prayer and recited the last Ruko of Surah Al-Baqarah 7 times for barkat in rizq. Peaceful and positive start to the morning.
4:24 AM – 4:36 AM Prepared and organized the Google Sheet setup for Steven Brooks.
4:36 AM – 4:48 AM Checked Skool DMs and engaged with some community posts.
4:48 AM – 4:53 AM Created a to-do list and planned the priorities for the day.
4:53 AM – 5:03 AM Learned the basics of cold emailing through Lead Gen Jay’s course.
5:03 AM – 9:38 AM Went to sleep for some rest.
9:40 AM – 10:03 AM Got fresh and headed to the office.
10:03 AM – 12:04 PM Worked on taking notes from Diego Paez’s meeting and focused on understanding the discussion properly.
12:04 PM – 12:30 PM Lunch break and freshened up.
12:30 PM – 1:19 PM Prayed Zohar and took some time to reset mentally.
1:19 PM – 2:08 PM Completed the remaining notes from Diego Paez’s meeting.
2:08 PM – 2:14 PM Quick water break.
2:14 PM – 3:06 PM Team meeting and discussion session.
3:06 PM – 3:16 PM Replied to messages and cleared some pending replies.
3:16 PM – 4:06 PM Took a proper break and got fresh again to stay focused for the evening.
4:06 PM – 4:40 PM Prayed Asar.
4:40 PM – 5:20 PM Took a short power nap to recover energy.
5:20 PM – 6:10 PM Went to the barber for a haircut and beard setup.
6:10 PM – 6:30 PM Got fresh after coming back.
6:40 PM – 7:20 PM Prayed Maghrib and relaxed a little.
7:20 PM – 7:40 PM Checked some DMs, scrolling, and replied to messages.
7:40 PM – 8:38 PM Continued learning lead generation concepts through Lead Gen Jay’s course.
8:40 PM – NightHeading out for dinner, family time, and Isha prayer. Planning to sleep around 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM because tomorrow is important. Need extra energy to shoot 7–8 reels and stay fully productive.
Overall, today was balanced between deen, learning, work, meetings, and self-care. Hoping to wake up for Tahajjud on time tomorrow and start the day with full focus and energy.
