•I slept at 2 am and woke up aornd 9 am.
Aaj ka din mera bohot slow tha. I was to tired.
Bohot low feel kar rahi thi.
•I Feel like I work for two or three days in a row fine, and after that the loop of doubting myself and the pressure of others starts again
It reysucks my energy.
I hope I start dealing if properly.
I Didn't work today. It was jumma so my focus was mostly on ibadah.
•I realized that ehen I properly make a system of my upcoming week then I work properly through out the week, and when I don't make it then my work and my thoughts are all over the place.
So I am going to makey weekly system regularly.
•Also I will take off in the week on Friday and maybe Saturday as well.
That would be good.
•I am not working tonight as well. I want to give myself some time to rest.💕
