7:00–8:00 PM → Project management + ate fruits
8:00–10:00 PM → Gym
10:00–10:30 PM → Light work
10:30–11:00 PM → Post workout meal
11:00–3:00 AM → Slept again (body felt weak, needed rest)
3:00–3:30 AM → Project management & replies
3:30–4:00 AM → Tahajjud
4:15–5:30 AM → Quran & Fajr
5:30–6:20 AM → Ate McDonald’s
6:20–6:40 AM → Project management + call with community member
✅ Reflection: A very weird, low-energy day with zero productivity. Missed most of my prayers, struggled with long sleep and headaches. Still grateful Alḥamdulillāh for gym and small pockets of work. Asking Allah to make this routine easy, bless my efforts, and help me stay consistent and strong.
