2. Goal-Oriented Work
- Har kaam ka goal samjho.
- Yeh samjho ke client ko is kaam se kya faida hoga.
- Sirf task complete karna kaafi nahi, result bhi lana hai.
- Har kaam se pehle pucho: Yeh kaam kyun karna hai? Is ka end goal kya hai? Client ko is se kya benefit hoga?
3. Work Prioritization
- Client se priority clear karo.
- Sab se important kaam pehle karo.
- Level 10 ke kaam ko Level 1 wali importance mat do.
- Hamesha client ke goals ke sath align raho.
4. Asking Questions
- Jab tak task clear na ho, questions pocho.
- Assumptions mat banao.
- Pucho: Yeh kaam kyun karna hai? Is ka result kya hoga? Is ki priority kyun hai?
5. Time Management
- Kaam ka realistic time batao.
- Andaza lagane ke bajaye proper estimate do.
- Apni progress ka record rakho.
- Daily update document maintain karo.
6. VA Mindset
- Communication se mat daro.
- Proactive raho.
- Responsible bano.
