Hey girlies, listen up!
Today, after Fajr, my mother and I were discussing women’s rights and what kind of efforts girls should focus on nowadays. Some important points came up, and I felt they were worth sharing:
- A woman should focus more on her personality than her looks.
- She should keep learning all the time.
- If you are not respected somewhere, stop going there.
- Focus on both deen and dunya.
- A woman should not feel happy with sweet words from a non-mahram; a non-mahram can never truly want good for her.
- She should be independent.
- Build a strong relationship with Allah.
- Do not accept oppression; stand up for yourself when needed.
- Set boundaries.
- Respect yourself and make yourself someone people have to respect.
- Protect your peace; not everyone deserves access to you.
She also gave some other tips( healthy khana khayen, coffee kam piyen, jaldi so jayen, skincare se ziyada routine pr focus kren lekin yay sab shayad mery liyay tha, she is just joking about me 😂)
