--> Fajr Reflection
- i didn't sleep well last night, so I was up at fajr (i did pray, Alhumdulillah)
- Each day when i woke up for fajr i feel like i still have hope for better days, feels good and more closer to the Amighty
--> Top 3 Priorities of the Day
- No doomscrolling
- Work on your skill for 2 hours (min)
- Read the book (As long as lemon trees grow)
--> Productivity & Study
Was it productive?
I mean, it wasn't as productive as I wanted, but yeah, I did spend time with my family. Screen time was relatively low too; I sat in the sun and read book.
--> Notes for Self-Discipline
- I should sleep early ( which for me is a bit difficult) and should wake up early (inshaAllah after writing the journal im going to pray isha and sleep (stay tuned for the next journal T-T)
- I should never make other people affect me anyway, i cried today just because some relative said something to me that they shouldn't have!

- ate healthy today the whole day (had home packaged chips though which im going to avoid now)
- I did go out for walk ( soon gonna start proper cardio and meditation InshaAllah)

- i read about quantum tunneling today
Briefly, the small molecules and atoms sometimes face a barrier or a brick wall that they have no energy to pass through, like it's almost impossible, but to our surprise, what do we see? The particle has already passed through it which is due to the wave-particle duality of atoms.
it simply gives such a beautiful lesson that if right now you think you aren't capable of something and something feels too impossible, u can still make it through by Tawakul. That's a superpower that's gonna give u the duality u need to pass right through the brick wall.

What went well today?
- i Actually sat down to write the journal
- i broke in the middle of the day but i put myself together ( building emotional independence)
What needs improvement tomorrow?
MY ROUTINE, I'm gonna be working on it and spending more time learning and studying.

- i prayed all the prayers Alhumdulillah
- i sat down with my parents and talked my heart out and i feel blessed
- i realized everything i did wrong and should improve (it gives a hope)

- Well right now my heart still feels a bit heavy, but im doing good because at the end of the day, hardships and challenges make you realize you need to make things better for yourself. it gives you the energy and motivation to make it out of it.

- Add some more solid points in my journal ( some solid progress) .
- Work on at least one project and post it until i perfectly learn video editing.
