From Beginner to Employee of the Year: A Journey of Faith, Patience & Hard Work 🏆

Asalam ul Alaikum everyone!

Aj mei boht khush hoon kyunke Allah ka karam hai ke mujhe apni company mei Employee of the Year award mila hai. Pura saal ki mehnat ka yeh reward dekh kar mei boht proud feel kar raha hoon. Alhamdulillah!

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨

Mei ne company 2nd May 2024 ko join ki thi. Jab mei pehli dafa aya, I was just 20 years old - literally sabse chhota employee tha aur abhi bhi hoon. Meri skills beginner level pe thi, baaki larke mujh se kaafi aagey they aur zyada jaante they.

But you know what? Mere boss ne mujhe kuch time bad honestly bataya tha ke unhone mujhe meri skills pe nahi, balke meri masoomeeyat aur bholyy pan pr rakh tha k chalo shareef sa bacha hai rakh lete hain.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝: 𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝

Mei ne decide kiya ke har din improve karunga:

Choti choti baat ko note karta tha
Apne mind mei betha leta tha
Ghar aa kar practice karta tha

Day by day, step by step - bas yahi formula tha.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭: 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤

2025 start hua aur meri performance achi hone lagi. Lekin yahan twist aya - har mahine koi aur banda Employee of the Month ban jata tha, mei nahi.

Honestly, mei boht pareshaan ho gaya tha. Dimaag mei sawaal aate they:

"Kuch galat hai?"
"Mei koi value nahi de raha?"
"Itna kaam kar raha hoon, reward kyun nahi mil raha?" kyun k mei poori website Maa sha Allah se khud wordpress pe scratch se le kr QA kr k final kr deta or revision b boht kam atii thi.

Sometimes negative thoughts bhi aati thi ke company change kar loon lekin mei ne mere mamo se ik bt sekhi thi wo kehte jitnee b muskilat face kr rhe ho to bola kro "isi mei behtree hogee" mei yeah bol kr agey barha

Mei ne apni skills aur improve karni shuru ki. Zyada mehnat, zyada dedication - without expecting immediate results.

Mujhe samajh hi nahi aayi kaise react karoon. Bas Allah ka lakh lakh shukar ada kiya. Sab kuch clear ho gaya - timing Allah ki hoti hai, mehnat hamari hoti hai.

Lessons Learned: What This Journey Taught Me

Mehnat insaan ke haath mei hoti hai, results Allah pe chhod dene chahiye

Himmat kabhi nahi harni chahiye - negative sochein aayi, insaan hoon na, but harna nahi tha

Allah kabhi mehnat zaya nahi hone deta - bas thora sabr chahiye hota hai

Trust the process - jab kuch nahi ho raha tha tab bhi growth ho rahi thi

Ek milestone achieve ho gaya, Alhamdulillah! But the journey continues.
