From Past 3-4 months my routine was messed up. But this habit of journaling my day help me wake up early.
From the past 3 days I been more consistent with my sleep my prayers (mostly in mosque). Slowly working to rewire my brain.
I been watching bhai's mental mastery videos. I knew few of the things but never really implemented it, but now I do for the sake of myself Here's my last three days:
Days 4 :
Performed all Prayers
Did some research for upwork optimization (I'm also waiting to unlock my upwork optimization course)
Bid to 5 projects (No luck so far)
Learned Bout Ai Agents and automation (No code)
Day 5:
Performed all prayers
Spent time with family
Mind strom some ideas (Niche selection / Offer building)
Updated upwork profile.
Watched 2 episode of The blacklist
I would make sure my next journals include time stamp. 😁
