Do you knows a person around you who always talk about his goals, his big things to achieve but months pass on some time years and he still struck in that scenario and improved not even10%. why it happened ?
( I am not saying you don't need to talk about your goals, you should always in the form of manifestations, in your prayers while Asking From Allah because if you made it in mind then you'll able to make it in real Life Because : IN ORDER TO SLEEP, WE NEED TO FIRST PRETEND TO BE ASLEEP AND THAT'S HOW EVERYTHING WORKS)
It happened because it's called dopamine talk and in this era where we consume a lot of digital stuff, different perspectives of people, motivations etc. We see, we desire and we just started talking but the problem is we can't started "taking Action" .
Dopamine ( a chemical message release in brain act as neurotransmitter or hormone that influence our mood, motivation , pleasure etc )
So when we talk we instantly feel good, because of that dopamine. And our brain think that we might have done the task and it becomes addiction without any result or change in our life.
But the real thing is that we should talk less and started taking action more for our goals, desire , dreams, wishes etc.
If we started putting that 10% effort in our daily routine we will feel healthy dopamine when we analyze our efforts and when we tick the done task in our journal.
Taking action is the only way to get it done what you need to do... 🙌
