-No emotional breakout (well, i pretty much had control)
-Work and complete a video i was making notes of (still pending)
-Go out for a walk (done)
-Do 10 planks (30 sec each)

Waking up for fajr each days feel nothing less than a blessing
Praying with complete focus and letting no thoughts linger in your mind really helps align your mind, and, obviously, you become spiritually active.
I didn't let the laziness get over my discipline and I woke up despite wanting to sleep so much. I'm grateful!

I, all the time, avoid seeking motivation and try to maintain discipline.
i look at my parents and my siblings, i feel like i should provide them everything they deserve.
One should be kind to oneself and make the most of their day to satisfy themselves.

i ate healthy all day (again ate some packaged chips that im going to avoid from now on)

I did planks (10; 15 seconds/plank)
I did go out and play badminton with my sister, too.

And there is nothing really creative I did today; I'm not going to lie.

Well, the day overall went alright.
My family wasn't at home, so I just watched some videos.
Recently, i am really trying to get control of my emotions, i break down in the middle of the day. i am pretty sensitive these days. (i think this age period is meant to be this brutal)
--> Gratitude (3 things)
1. i feel blessed i prayed, but i missed Asr i don't know how I missed it, but i feel really guilty.
2. Alhumdulillah for the free air, which feels nothing less than a blessing. May Allah keep us all safe always (ameen)
3. i feel blessed for everything, (3 bullets are way harder as i have to prioritize the countless blessings yet i can never write them ALL down)

i feel good, the day wasn't that productive, but im optimistic for tomorrow, I will definitely going to be better than today.

I will be more productive, will be starting cardio properly, and edit a project INSHALLAH.
