--> Retargeting mai hum audiences create karte hain from Ads manager (audience section mai ja kar) jis mai un audience ko select karte hain wo hamare pages/website se interact kar chute ho . But unho ne koi action ni liya.
--> Events ke base par bi retargeting kar sakte hain or Instagram ke audiences ke base par bi.
For webiste: All visiters + exclude purchase event
