One thing I want to remember about today:
past few days have been more about findig direction, recalibration and realignment for me as i did alot of self reflection and have come up with new and fresh perspectives especially after talking with Time log:
woke up at 3 pm
3-5: prayed zuhr asar and iftari preps
5-7: iftari, namaz and relaxation
7-2 am: back to back meeting with the team and and gained alot of insights on outreach and client aquistions What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
8am - 3 pm
What data will I look up after a month or year?
i will start doing outreach on insta, skool and upwork
metric i will look at after a month (24 march)
50 insta messages a day ( 1500 for a month)
skool start with 5 (150 for a month will increase this if needed)
upwork 1 bid a day ( 30 bids for a month approved by Haroon bhai)

Wins of the Day:
successfully identified bottlenecks we were facing, now going to go all in on outreach and scripting sessions in mms will be side by side.
Mistakes / Learnings:
structure and consistency in high volumes will always outperform despite luck so do so much volume that it becomes inevitable to be successfull
Tasks for tomorrow:
- Umer bhai se cover letter ke lectures lena
- make a proper structure and have 2 meeting in a week for review on outreach according to either with him or for review and make a proper structure and implementation on cross platform outreach
- scripting session
- prepare all necessary docs and systems needed in order to effectively do outreach like making a sheet to track all data from cross platforms
