9:30 AM – Utha.
10:00 AM – Apni billi ko bahar le kar gaya.
10:30 AM – Bahar us ke sath baitha raha. Phir usay room mein band kar diya, us ne khana khaya aur phir so gaya.
11:00 AM – Office ke liye ready hua.
11:45 AM – Office pohanch gaya, tasks dekhe aur kaam start kar diya.
1:30 PM – Zohar ki namaz parhi, thori si parhai ki aur phir back to work.
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Lunch break.Is tarah kaam chalta raha, Asar, Maghrib aur Isha ki namaz bhi parhi. 8:25 PM – Office se off ho gaya, saare tasks complete ho gaye thay.
9:00 PM – Ghar aaya, gym ki tayari ki aur gym chala gaya.
10:00 PM – Wapas ghar aaya, clothes change kiye aur dinner kiya.
10:40 PM – Ab journal likh raha hoon.Plan: Ab 1 baje tak personal kaam karunga, phir so jaunga.
