One thing I want to remember about today?
I am seeing real improvement in my routine and sleep/wake consistency compared to previous days since joining this community. I hit my 8 hours of work!
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
Went to sleep at 11:40 PM and woke up at 11:40 AM.
Total = 12 hours 😴 (A full recharge!)
My Day's Journey:
11:40 AM - 1:00 PM: Woke up, had breakfast, and got ready to go to work.
1:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Went to the office and completed my 8 hours of focused work (including tasks related to the bike).
9:00 PM - 1:00 AM: Completed all prayers, had food, and finished the remaining tasks.
1:00 AM: Came back home.
3:00 AM: Started the sleep routine. (Note: Time between 1 AM and 3 AM was used productively, no long scrolling session!)
What data will I look up after a month or a year?
The overall shift in my sleep/wake pattern (time efficiency), the quality of my work output, and the monthly targets achieved.
