🛌 Sleep and wake up log:
● Slept after zuhr around 2:30PM
● Woke up at around 9:00PM
🗃 Daily Log of the day:
Uploading the 4th and 5th day journal on the same day as i had them written but uploaded late.
● Upon waking up i prayed Isha, ate dinner and checked my phone. Opened community and looked around posts.
● Started making notes on "upwork outreach" masterclass. Everytime i pick up something new as i watch from "classroom".
● Had a group meeting with bhai, ahsan bhai and ayat bhai ● Prayed Tahajudd, recited yaseen and fajr afterwards. Used my phone for a while. Had a second meeting with amaar bhai.
● Went out to buy eggs, bread and yogurt, did home made breakfast at around 8:00AM.
● Missed the yoga today have to keep proper track of exercise.
● Spent some time on socials and in community.
● Took some english lessons on duolingo. Will be switching to arabic now as i reached the higher score of 130 further score level isn't available yet.
● Did preparation for jummah and went to pray, after praying i went out for a while and later bought some stuff on my way home.
● Ate some fruits, spent time with family, prayed asr.
● Prayed maghrib and now i'm going to sleep.
✅️ Wins of the day:
1. Getting in better health day by day Alhamdulillah.
2. Worked on stuff i had planned to complete.
3. Ate healthy and home cooked meals.
4. Gradually getting back on track
5. Sleep cycle is improving

🎗Reminder of the day:
● Have to work more on my productive side so i could make most of my day useful.
● Try to reset my sleep schedule to to stay mentally healthy.
● Start executing more rather than spending time on unusual things.
● Need to stay punctual in my prayers.
