- At 2:45 p.m., I felt tired and had a slight back issue.
- I lay down for 25 minutes.
- I was not feeling sleepy, so I scrolled social media for 20 minutes.
- I felt accountable because I had to write my journal.
- I reminded myself not to waste time and to return to work.
- This shows how journaling makes a person accountable.
- I believe everyone should write a detailed journal.
- At 4:00 p.m., I had homemade chana chaat.
- I returned to work and watched the “Formula of Rizq” video.
- I completed Formula of Rizq Class 1, Part 1 at 4:44 p.m.
- From 4:45 p.m. to 5:10 p.m., I helped in the kitchen and prayed Asar.
- From 5:10 p.m. to 5:55 p.m., I watched Part 2 of the Rizq Formula video while ironing clothes.
- I prayed Maghrib.
- At 6:30 p.m., I went back to my desk and started Formula of Rizq Class 2
