Day start section
- 10:30 - 12:00 PM went to hospital, had medicine, back to home.
- 12:00 - 1.30 PM try to eat something but kuch bhi ni khaya jaa raha tha bs letii rahi, thura sa 📲 check kya, again soo gii.
- 12:45 - 1:30 PM Offer Zohar, Got shower.
- 1:30 - 3.30 PM additional sleep because I was under the medicinal control.
- 3:30 - 5.30 PM just eat some fruits and prepare Quiz(wu bhi dhng s na krski).
- 5:30- 6.30 PM community check mobile, community and Whatsapp.
- 6.30-8 PM energy level was so low, again soo gii, smj ni aaraha tha kya kru.
- 8-9 PM online class done.
- 9-9.30 read book and had dinner
- 9.30- 1.30 went outside for walk + Random hangout in Umair sr community.
- 10.30 - 12:50 PM HNK team meeting.( Aik dn engagement nahi kii esa lga jesa pta ni kitna picha reh gyii hu.🥹)
✅ Achievement of the Day:
This section is empty for today, kuch bhi literally kuch bhi productive ni huska aaj because of my health but I had cope with it that's all Alhamdulila 💫.

As I'm a active type of person. Mj s skoon s ni betha jata. I love to work. But sometimes the conditions like today Made me feel like that I'm doing nothing, seems like I'm wasting my productivity.
That's not ok, I have to deal with these situations too.
