Today I realized something important:
Overthinking quietly drains your peace before it drains your energy. Today, my mind was heavy with unnecessary thoughts, replaying things that were out of my control.
But when I paused, prayed, and focused on what I could do instead of what I couldn’t, clarity slowly returned. I learned that not every thought deserves attention some only need surrender.
Today’s Reminder:
Overthinking doesn’t solve problems — calm faith, action, and trust do.
