  • Went to washroom, changed into office clothes
  • Brushed teeth
  • Combed hair, applied Nivea cream on face
  • Watched scholarship video (half)
  • Breakfast (~8:50 AM):
  • 1 Paratha
  • 1 Anda omelette
  • 1 cup Chai
  • Drank 1 glass of water
  • 9:15 AM  Left for office

  • ~10:00 AM – 1:00 PM  Office work
  • Jumma prayer  Went to offer Jumma
  • Came back and continued work
  • Lunch + Tea:
  • 1 Roti
  • Beef ka salan
  • Tea
  • 3:40 PM  Left office
  • 4:15 PM  Reached home
  • Severe headache 
🌆 Evening
  • Wanted to sleep but decided to offer Asar
  • 4:40 PM  Asar (Masjid)
  • Came back home and lay down for rest
  • Had tea while watching remaining scholarship video
  • Maghrib: Missed on time Qaza offered later
📘 Learning & Community
  • Decided to post remaining pending journals
  • Sister needed laptop for assignments so had to switch to phone
  • Watched Umer Bhai’s dummy bidding review video (half) on phone
  • Felt genuinely happy for him
  • “Aisa laga apne bhai ne kuch acha achieve kar liya”
  • Phone battery low to lag karne laga couldn’t complete video but

  • Decided seriously to apply for scholarship

  • Decision: This is the last backlog journal  now back on track InshaAlla
  • While wrapping up, noticed time:

  • Anxiety about waking up late again:“Kal phir uthne main maut aa jaye gi”
  • Prayer before sleep:“Ya Allah please help”

  • Low hydration → headache (ye GPT ne bola he isko test karna pare ga tracking water intake from tomorrow)
  • Late night again fear of next-day cycle repeating
Core realization:
Backlogs create mental pressure. Clearing them brings relief even if it takes energy.
