⭐ One thing to remember about today
Been missing journaling. But I do feel pretty satisfied with prioritizing execution instead.
Of course I wanna make time for this as well, but if I had to choose between the two, I’d definitely go with execution/actual work over planning any day.
Seems like this is most productive when you’re stuck in a phase and it really helps you move to the next stage!
💛 Feel the Love of Allah
Really grateful that Quran recitation and tafseer have quietly become a part of my daily routine, even if I’m not paying full attention to it yet, at least something positive is getting fed to my brain.
💭 Day Close Reflections
Alhamdulillah a really productive day! Have caught up on speed and deadlines for the new client, workload feels a lot more manageable too, and I’m glad I’ve set realistic expectations and have pushed back instead of overcomitting.
Morning naps have become much shorter as well, I’m fine with them as long as I wake up as planned. Could arrive at office earlier, but I’m not pushing too hard for it since work is getting done on time, and that’s okay.
Really need to start taking prayers more seriously though!
