10:45 - 12:30 pm: Took my MIL to her doctor’s appointment
1 - 4:00 pm: Study, watched the MMS classroom videos, and how to set up a Skool community video
4 - 6 pm: Lunch prep and cleaning
6 - 9 pm: grocery shopping, home chores, completed ‘Dua and Law of Attraction’ video
9 - 10 pm: Isha & night skincare routine
What I don’t want to do today:
Wasting time on Social media scrolling
Diet + Gym:
Breakfast: Paratha, omelette, and chai
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Mutton broth, and 1 kebab
Gym: Didn’t work out today

Reflection:
Overall, it wasn’t a very productive day in terms of work and studies. I spent a lot of time running errands, but I plan to focus more on work tomorrow.
