One thing I want to remember about today
Today I noticed that when I keep my phone away during work, I finish tasks much faster. A little less distraction really makes a big difference.

I noticed I wasted extra time between tasks because I didn’t plan my breaks. The mistake was leaving gaps without intention. The learning is that even rest should be scheduled short breaks help me restart with focus.
