✅ Reflection
I felt relaxed and overall good today. Alhamdulillah, finishing a long-form YouTube video felt like a solid win and gave me a sense of completion. At the same time, I’m very aware that I wasted a lot of time playing video games. Writing this down makes it clear where I need to improve.
