Sleep: Slept around 9 AM due to not feeling well and woke up late.
Day Activities
Went vegetable shopping with my mother after waking up. After returning home, I did household chores and cleaned my room. Listened to Haroon Bhai’s Mental Mastery lecture and took rest because of poor health, so couldn’t do much work.
Evening
Spent quality family time and celebrated my mother’s birthday at night.
Prayers
Despite not feeling well, I stayed mindful of my prayers and maintained a spiritual connection in a calm manner.
Reflection
Today was a slow and recovery-focused day. Although productivity was low due to health, I stayed present with family and used the time for light learning and rest. I realized that balance and health are also part of discipline, and sometimes slowing down is necessary to continue consistently.
