Early Morning:
Came home around 7:30 AM after Fajr. Kal Sunday tha so I prayed Fajr with jamaat at 6:25, stayed in the masjid for a while...1st Para tilawat ki, Surah Yaseen bhi parhi. Phir Ishraq parhi. Bht zyada skoon mila and bht saari duaein bh ki. Masjid se nikal k chai + biscuit liye โ bohat peaceful subah thi.7:30 tak ghar pohanch gaya.
From 7:30โ10:30, I studied the Outreach Module, made notes, and did Skool engagement. Good momentum tha. Phir light chali gai to laptop band hogya kuke battery kharab hogai ha iski.
๐ด Rest (10:30 AM โ 2:00 PM)
Slept after studying.Thakan plus night shift ka asar tha.
๐ Afternoon
- 2:00 โ 2:30 PM: Woke up, fresh hua, prayed Zohar.
- 2:30 โ 4:30 PM: Roommate ke saath lunch (Qeema + roti).
๐ Evening
- 4:30 โ 5:00 PM: Prayed Asar, filed ATM claim.
- 5:00 โ 5:20 PM: Prayed Maghrib and dozed off.
- 5:20 โ 9:00 PM: Overslept โ headache was still there (probably due to interrupted sleep cycles).
๐ Night
- 9:15 โ 9:45 PM: Isha prayed, got ready, left for office.
- 10 PM โ 7 AM: Office shift
๐ Losses / Things to Improve
- No Loom recording
- No dummy bids
- Overslept
- Evening learning block miss
- Energy still unstable โ need to lock sleep cycle
But still, I didnโt break the chain. Thatโs what matters.

Aaj honesty se learning block miss hua and energy low thi. Lekin Salah sab time pe hui, Azkar hua, Qurโan padha... aur ye sab Allah ka bohat bada fazal hai.
Kabhi kabhi day productive nahi hotaโฆPar iman, effort, aur niyat agar sahi rahay to journey kabhi rukti nahi.
Aaj ek baat realise hui: ๐

Energy low thi, mood down thaโฆ but my heart felt calmer today.
Shayad isliye ke Subha masjid me sukoon ka waqt mila.
