One thing I want to remember about today:
Even when the day doesn’t start perfectly, I still take control and continue my routine instead of losing focus. Discipline is built through consistency, not conditions.
Sleep & Wake
I slept at 2:00 AM last night and woke up at 9:00 AM.
Reminders:
  • No one can waste my time except me.
  • Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
  • The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
  • Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
  • Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.

  • Send marketing proposal to 2 people waiting
  • Send professional email and cold DMs to prospects
  • Update freelancing profiles
What I don’t want to do today:
I don’t want to waste time on unnecessary scrolling, distractions, or activities that don’t contribute to income, skill growth, or long-term goals.
Practice:
Take Skool lectures and implement them into real work and outreach.
