What I Learned Today (English)
Today I learned to recognize the signs of a beta mindset within myself. I understood that constant negativity, criticizing others, avoiding responsibility, and making excuses are not signs of intelligence or strength, but of insecurity and self-protection. Real growth begins when I listen to understand, take ownership of my life, and choose progress over excuses. Responsibility gives power, and quiet confidence comes from actions, not validation.
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.”(Qur’an 13:11)
Aaj maine beta mindset ke signs ko samajhna seekha. Mujhe realize hua ki negativity, dusron mein flaws dhoondhna, excuses banana aur responsibility se bachna strength nahi balki insecurity ka sign hai. Jab main criticism ki jagah curiosity rakhta hoon, aur blame ki jagah ownership leta hoon, tab real growth shuru hoti hai. Progress excuses se nahi, action se aata hai.
“Beshak Allah kisi qaum ki haalat nahi badalta jab tak woh khud apne andar ko na badlein.”(Qur’an 13:11)
