Reflection:
Today felt heavy mentally. Motivation was low, and clarity felt distant. But despite the resistance, I still showed up and posted my first Instagram post and that matters. Even when energy is missing, small actions still move things forward.
I may feel stuck right now, but I’m not quitting. This phase is temporary, and I trust that discipline even in small doses will slowly pull me out of it.
