- Woke up for Fajar [ 6:30 to 6:45 ]
- Listened the tafseer of Quran [ 6:45 to 7:00 ]
- Took shower and breakfast [ 7:00 to 7:30 ]
- Went to the institute [ 7:30 to 1:40 ]

- Went to the Factor [ 1:40 to 2:00 ]
- Prayed Zohar and took lunch [ 2:00 to 2:30 ]
- Went to saddar [ 2:30 to 5:00
- Went to the mosque for Maghrib [ 5:10 to 5:25 ]
- Went for workout [ 5:30 to 7:00 ]

- Went to the mosque for Isha [ 7:00 to 7:15 ]
- Came back and took Arabic class [ 7:30 to 9:00 ]

- Watched masterclass on Mental mastery
- by Haroon Khalil Bhai and made notes. [ 9:00 to 11:00 ]
Non negotiables:
- Going to the institute.
- Going to the factory.
- Doing workout.
- Attending Arabic class
- Contribution in the community.
- Perform at least 3 prayers in the mosque
Wins of the Day:
Physical win: 1. Did workout and 2. eat healthy food.
Mental win: 1. Spend time with myself and 2. Did journaling.
Spiritual win: 1. Listened to the Quranic tafseer. 2. Did preparation of hadees, 3. Performed all prayers.
Mistakes: 1. Haven't done any Zikar. 2. Didn't read a book
