5:00-6:15 spent free time went to relative house
6:30-6:50 read maghrib namaz
7:00-7:20 did dhikr
7:20-8:15 watched classroom video and made notes
8:15-8:40 had dinner
8:40-9:00 read isha namaz
9:00-10:00 did rest and spent time with family
10:00-11:30 watched YouTube videos
11:30-12:00 wrote daily journal and went to sleep
Practice: Practice doing one task with full focus.
