Deep Work Done 2 hour : put different lightings in my render

woke up : 9am - couldn't sleep all night because of the heat, kept waking up in the middle of the night.
to 11am - worked on render
to 12 pm -- breakfast
to 1pm - namaz + cleaned the house
to 2:30 -- worked half heartedly since it was too hot.
to 3 -- shutdown the pc
to 4 - lunch + namaz
to 7 -- failed nap (neend nai aai because i was sleeping on the floor in the ac room but the children kept on stepping on my hand and foot. i value my limbs can't afford them broken so abse mai apne room m hi soungi)
to 8:30 - scrolled waiting for the walk
to 9 - namaz + walk
to 10 -- dinner + daily journal
to 12 - will try to watch sales vids.
Reminders:
No one can waste my time except me.
lalach ki zindagi se sukoon ki mout behtr hai.
Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
always see myself as a hero and accept the reality always take the blame on myself for the blunders i make this will force me to keep improving
