I want to remember that I need to move out of trauma bonding and shift toward healthy, authentic connections in my life.I choose clarity, self-worth, and self-respect over emotional confusion.Whatever I decide, I will take action using the 5-4-3-2-1 rule without overthinking.I will divide my tasks into three parts: Urgent, Important, and Non-Important so I can stay focused and productive.
