One thing I want to remember about today: BE PRODUCTIVE.

Goals: Develop discipline and self-control, to make a structured life.

Reminders:

. Small wins, win the seconds, win the hours. Don't overwhelm. Use the 2-min rule.

. The way you do anything is the way you do everything.

. I am responsible for all my actions.

Day Start Section:

Sleep & Wake Time

Slept at 2:00 PM
Woke up at 12:00 PM

⏰ 7:35 AM – 8:30 AM

Woke up and prayed Fajr and Qaza. Then went out to buy biscuits because my mother was feeling hungry. Came back home, ate biscuits with her, talked for some time, and then slept again.

⏰ 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Woke up, freshened up, had breakfast, and started preparing to go to the clinic with my father. Left home and prayed Zuhr at 1:00 PM.

⏰ 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

Returned home from the clinic at 4:15 PM. We also did grocery shopping on the way back. Then I wrote the previous day’s journal until Asr. Before Asr, I went to buy mehndi for my sister and then left to pray Asr at 5:00 PM.

⏰ 5:30 PM – 6:05 PM

Came home and then went to give a box to a friend (he had made bun kababs). Returned at 6:05 PM and left to pray Maghrib at 6:10 PM.

⏰ 7:15 PM – 8:00 PM

Came home and uploaded my journal to the community (I was late; Insha'Allah, I will upload it earlier next time). Then I talked with my family and left to pray Isha at 8:00 PM.

⏰ 8:45 PM – 9:30 PM

Returned home and immediately started preparing to go to my Nano’s house. Left around 9:30 PM.

⏰ 12:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Came back home, freshened up, and then slept at 2:00 PM.
