  • 10-11 - Fresh huwa, nashta kara, istagfar ki tasbeeh kari or deep breathing ki.
  • 11-12 - Read CrPC topic, Appeal before Criminal Courts, and solved a past paper.
  • 12 - 12:30 - Bahir gaya kuch ghr ka saman leny.
  • 12:30 - 1:30 - Sales Email prhi or usy rewrite kara.
  • 1:30 - 2:30 - shower liya, zuhr parhi or whatsapp check kara
  • 2:30 - 3:50 - Copywriting course ka Lecture liya or practice kri us sy related.
  • 4 - 4:15. VSL read kara ( unki structure me sy lead or mechanism ko identify kara )
  • 4:15 - 4:45 - Khana khaya usky bad thori walk kari 15 mins.
  • 5 - 6:30 - Asar parhi, phr Quran pak ki tilawat kari, uski bad maghrib tak azkar kary, or phr maghrib prhi.
  • 6:30 - 7: 20 - warm up kara, phr 40 mins Walk kari or akhir mn stretching kri.
  • 7: 30 - 8 - deep breathing kari or phr esha parhi.
  • 8- 8:30 - expressive journalling ki
  • 8:30 - 9 - book reading kari
  • 9 - 10:30 - Cantt gaya baba or ama ki medicine recieve karny.
  • 10:30 -11 - Dinner kara or phr 10 mins walk kari
  • 11 - 12. Baba or bhai ky sath time spend kara.

  • Alhamdulillah completed every task in to do list.
Mistakes / Learnings:
I learned that we human have certain triggers that are being used by businesses to create their influence on our mind.
