I need to Post a Daily Journal ( with new routine )
💤Slept at 7:30 AM, 🌞woke up at 3:00PM.
Day Start Section: Most Important
🆕⌚Reminders: daily jouranl ko time ke sath align krna ha kuch aasan or new jo or ziada time ko manage kr sake, routine ko timing ke sath likhna ha
- Sir Haroon ke video dekh kr notes banane hain ( Aaj bana kr post kr deye hain)
- Notes ko deepseek se type krwa kr community mein share krna ha
- Pyramid of learning ko yad rakhna ha
- Community me discission start krni ha post kr ke ya live classes me apne point per Question krne hain
- Dummy Bidding Session 8 se 9 lazmi join krna ha (aaj join ke the Abdullah bhai ka session tha )
- Duolingo pe English langauge 1 hour daily practise krni ha (انشاءاللہ)
- white board Routine ko time ke sath set krna ha (انشاءاللہ) =>The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
- Practice 80 Step walk without Stick. 30 step backward 🆗👌
- Physiotherapy.
- Focus krna ha, (انشاءاللہ) don't multitask; focus on one big thing each day.🆗👌

2. 1 video daily kafi kum ha is se 1 month target achieve krna mushkil ho jai ga
3.daily excersize ni kr rha hoon. ❌ ❌ ❌ ❌ ❌
Learnings:
- Sir Haroon ke har bat bohot detail mein hoti ha koi bat miss ni krni ha
- Notes bana kr acha lag rha ha)
- Notes banane se sub kuch jese yaad ho jata ha or sarey point boht aasani se samajh aa jate hain
- Seniors ka journal parhne se kafi kuch seekhne ko milta ha
- time set kr ke kam krne se kam behtreen ho jate hain
- YA ALLAH MUJH SE OR SUB COMMUNITY MEMBERS SE RAZI HO JA OR HAMEIN DUNYA OR AAKHERAT MEIN KAMYAB FARMA (Ameen)
