What one habit or action pushed me forward the most? Writing the proposals. It turned the "plan" into "action."
Where did you waste time or energy that I can cut tomorrow? The 2 AM sleep time makes waking up for Fajr and starting the day early difficult.
What could you improve tomorrow? Try to sleep earlier to catch Fajr and start the work session with fresh energy.
