Today I realized that real transformation requires changing my identity, not just my habits. I added two powerful habits reading and walking and felt mentally stronger. I am learning to command my mind instead of being controlled by it.

10:30 am – 11:30 am β†’ Research on visualization & meditation + notes
11:30 am – 1:00 pm β†’ Read Rich Dad Poor Dad book (pg 22–50)
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm β†’ Nap
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm β†’ Household chores & wrote daily journal
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm β†’ Watched YouTube shorts
3:30 pm – 4:40 pm β†’ Shower + lunch + Zuhr & Asr prayer [Unfortunately, I delayed my Zuhr prayer.]
4:40 pm – 5:35 pm β†’ Light chores + got ready for Maghrib prayer
5:35 pm – 6:00 pm β†’ Talked with neighbor friend
6:00 pm – 6:40 pm β†’ Quran class
6:40 pm – 7:20 pm β†’ Evening walk

11:30 pm – 12:30 am β†’ GSD list + served dinner to father + revised day notes and ended my day with azkaar, duas & visualization

What I Could Improve Tomorrow:
  • Do the most difficult work first in the morning
  • Avoid mobile use right after waking and before sleeping
  • Continue dummy bids and practical work on AI automation

I progressed today because I added new empowering habits, aligned myself spiritually, and stayed committed to learning.

Meditation + visualization with emotions. It is shifting my mindset and energy.

Scrolling YouTube shorts from 3:00–3:30 pm and consuming content in the morning.
