📔Daily journal 16th feb 2026 day 3.
One thing I want to remember about today:
what did i learn from the mental mastreyy course and apply it. mental controll descipline lessons from david goggins.
What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up?
I slept at 1:30am woke up at 7:15 am.
What data will I look up after a month or year?
How much things i have learned have i applied it to generate more money/how much healthy iam both mentally and physically.
Reminders:
  • No one can waste my time except me.
  • Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Don’t overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule.
  • The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reflections.
  • Don’t multitask; focus on one big thing each day.
  • Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary.
Day Start Section
Most Important 1-3 Tasks:
1-Office Work obviously.
2-Watch 2 -3 mental mastrey videos and watch the freelancing 101 course.
3-read a book at least 20 pages and undertand it
What I don’t want to do today:
Miss any prayer, Hurt anyone , waste my time on reels
Diet + Gym + Boxing:
Breakfast:cheese garlic bread chai
Lunch: daal roti
Dinner: roti salan
Gym: 30 situps and pushups also do crunches and do gym today
Practice: Communication
Speaking:talk to my self and strangers for self cofidence
Day Close Section
Wins of the Day: did exercise did not scroll much reels learned mental leasons and worked on career
Mistakes / Learnings:Watched to much phone, you can only trust your parents , keep cash and balance in yor phone
